For your convenience, please review the warranty terms below.
Everything you need to know about how we support your in-ear monitors and accessories. Warranty registration isn't currently required. The warranty period is determined by date of arrival for custom products.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to Ye's Lab for all service and repairs. Ye's Lab covers the cost of shipping back to the customer only for products that receive in-warranty service.
Limited Warranty Coverage
Ye's warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the original purchase date.

• Warranty applies only to the original purchaser (non-transferable)
• Valid proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) required for service
• Repairs beyond 12 months may incur service charges
Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
Products not sold by Ye's authorized channels
Intentional damage or misuse
Cosmetic wear from normal use (including surface scratches)
Liquid/moisture damage
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Third-party caused damages
Altered/refurbished products
